Step towards embodied authenticity and internal wisdom with facilitators Judy Lefort and Kat Hossack in a three day, seasonally inspired immersion hosted at The St Norbert Arts Centre in Winnipeg, MB.

Experiences include facilitated movement, trauma informed breathwork, somatic practices, art, seasonal snacks and contemplative practices.

Each day will invite experiences that support restorative, gentle yet evoking discoveries of self and what it means to walk through life from an embodied, authentic place.
