Join facilitators Judy Lefort, Harry Judge and Kat Hossack for an urban retreat featuring somatic explorations of breathwork and embodiment experiences.

Confluence, a merging of the self, is an urban retreat formatted to provide two opportunities to explore what it means to be within ourselves over two facilitated events.

Participants will have the option to attend one or both days. Each day is unique and will focus on curated and facilitated experiences designed to both alter and clarify what it means to relate to ourselves in an embodied way.

Experiences include breathwork, sound, movement, art and guided inquiry.

July 29 event runs 6-9pm, and July 30 event runs 12-3pm
