Foundations in Somatic Facilitation, Level 1 will focus on foundational relational dynamics between self, other and environment. We will build a baseline understanding of nervous system regulation, setting intentional space, relational awareness, self-awareness, and begin to practice our repertoire of embodied skills. This level introduces skills that serve leaders, practitioners, those working in team settings and those interested in deepening personal and professional relationships.

This cohort is being run as a hybrid, Part 1 of Module 1 is ONLINE via zoom. Part 2 will be held IN PERSON in a location that serves the cohort (TBA) June 20-22th, 2025.

Investment: $3333+gst for the full training (125hrs, Module 1-3) or three installments of $1250+gst. Alternate payment plans are available on request.
